This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on bandnic.com, operated by BANDNIC LLC. By placing an order, you agree to the shipping terms outlined below.
Where We Ship
We ship to all 50 states within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.
Shipping Cost
We offer free shipping on all orders. No minimum order value required.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
Because most of our products — including gazebos, pergolas, riding mowers, and generators — are large, heavy items, the majority of orders ship via freight carrier. Please read the delivery estimates carefully based on your product type.
Freight Items (Most Products)
Products such as gazebos, pergolas, riding mowers, generators, swing sets, and sheds are shipped via freight carrier. These items require special handling due to their size and weight.
- Handling Time: 1–3 business days (Monday – Friday)
- Transit Time: 5–15 business days (Monday – Friday)
- Total Estimated Delivery: 6–18 business days from order confirmation
Freight deliveries are curbside unless otherwise specified. The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. Please ensure someone is available to receive the shipment.
Small Parcel Items
Smaller accessories or add-on items that do not require freight shipping are delivered via standard parcel carriers (UPS, FedEx, or USPS).
- Handling Time: 1 business day (Monday – Friday)
- Transit Time: 1–3 business days (Monday – Friday)
- Total Estimated Delivery: 2–4 business days from order confirmation
Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed before 11:00 PM CST (UTC-6) on a business day will begin processing the following business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Multiple Shipping Addresses
We do not support multiple shipping addresses within a single order. If you need items delivered to different addresses, please place separate orders for each destination.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to be updated in the carrier’s system.
For freight shipments, the carrier will contact you directly to schedule a delivery window. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of your order confirmation, please contact us at contact@bandnic.com.
Late or Missing Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us with your name and order number at contact@bandnic.com and we will investigate promptly.
Please note that freight deliveries may experience delays due to carrier capacity, weather conditions, or remote delivery locations. We will always do our best to keep you informed.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please do the following:
- Take photos of the damage before unpacking or assembling the product
- Note any damage on the freight carrier’s delivery receipt before signing
- Email us at contact@bandnic.com with your order number and photos within 48 hours of delivery
We will work with you to arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as quickly as possible.
Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns within 90 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition and packaging. For full details on our return process, please visit our Return Policy page.
