This Return and Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on bandnic.com, operated by BANDNIC LLC. We want every customer to be completely satisfied. If something is not right with your order, we are here to make it right.

Return Window

You may request a return within 90 days of the delivery date.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items, subject to the following conditions:

  • The item must be in its original, unused condition
  • The item must be in its original packaging with all included accessories, parts, and documentation
  • The return must be requested within 90 days of the delivery date

Items that show signs of use, assembly, installation, or damage caused by the customer are not eligible for return. If your item arrived damaged or defective through no fault of your own, please see the section below — different conditions apply.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been assembled or installed
  • Items missing original packaging or parts
  • Items returned without prior approval from our team
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or neglect

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact Us First: Email us at contact@bandnic.com or call +1 (402) 545-1780. Include your order number and reason for the return. If the item is damaged or defective, attach clear photos.
  2. Wait for Approval: We will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions. Do not ship anything back before receiving approval.
  3. Ship the Item: Once approved, ship the item using a trackable and insured shipping method. A valid tracking number is required. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Returns may be sent back by mail, drop-off at an approved location, or in-store if applicable.

Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7 business days
  • You will receive a full refund to your original payment method, including original shipping and handling fees
  • We do not charge restocking fees
  • Please allow 5 to 10 additional business days for the refund to appear on your bank or card statement

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery:

  • Email contact@bandnic.com with your order number and photos of the issue
  • You do not need to return the item — we will send you a replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer
  • Return shipping costs for damaged or defective items are fully covered by BANDNIC LLC

For freight deliveries, please note any visible damage on the carrier’s delivery receipt before signing. This is important for filing a damage claim.

Consistency With Our Shipping Policy

Our Shipping Policy and this Return Policy are aligned. Returns are accepted within 90 days of delivery for items in original, unused condition.
